Pillow Talk
Pillow Talk is an audio installation that communicates pre-recorded personal stories/confessions with the listener in a gallery; the listener can hear them if s/he leans the head against the pillow. Every pillow brings another voice and a different personal story.
The artwork explores the idea of confessional storytelling displaced from private to public space - by doing this, the instances of public and private are relativized, whilst the fact that the message can only have one listener at the time keeps the aura of enclosed, intimate sharing.
